3 Healthy Holiday Recipes The holidays are around the corner and eating healthy can be a tricky feat! Try these 3 healthy recipes and share with your family this holiday season! 1.  Pumpkin Mash and Ricotta Ingredients: One can of pureed pumpkin 1 cup of fresh ricotta cheese 2 eggs 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic 1 teaspoon of sage 1 teaspoon of thyme 1 teaspoon of rosemary ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Combine pumpkin, ricotta and eggs in a bowl.  Mix well and set aside.  In another bowl, mix in garlic, sage, thyme, and rosemary. Then mix into pumpkin mixture and place all in a cooking dish.  Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. 2.
