VIRTUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY CLASSES:
PAIN IN THE BACK: designed to reduce lower back pain, increase core strength, and improve posture
ROLL THOSE SHOULDERS: designed to reduce shoulder pain, increase back strength, and improve posture
KICKING KNEE PAIN: designed to reduce knee pain, increase leg strength and improve posture
VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES:
SARA'S BOOT CAMP LEVEL 1: total body workout without any equipment. Broken down into three 15-minutes classes. Do one at a time, or all at once!
CORE IS KING: fitness class focused solely on the core - including the ab, glut, and hip areas
SCULPT & SWEAT: total body workout with light weights, exercise band, and mat. Broken into three 15-minute classes. Do one at a time, or all at once!
BALANCE AND STAND: fitness class for those looking to improve their balance and posture (note: if you are a fall risk, this class may not be suited for you)
