SARA'S 6-WEEK PROGRAM TO BETTER LIVING

The Program - There is a lot of media out there about diets, exercise, sleep, and stress.  Where do you begin?  What is the right answer?   This program is meant to help build the framework of healthy living.   It is not the end all be all of lifestyle changes.  It is not a diet.  But it is a way to jump start healthier living.  If you stick to this program over the next 6 weeks, you will lose weight, you will feel better, you will sleep better.  However, it’s not the answer to everything.   This program pays attention to the science of what our bodies need biologically.   It does not follow any trends, fad diets or crazy exercise cults!  Rather it starts with my Four Circles of Health – eating right, exercising appropriately, sleeping enough and finding techniques to relieve stress.

 

Sample of the Program:

 

DAY 1
Meal Plan
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 cup fresh spinach and 1 sliced tomato, coffee
Lunch: baby spinach salad with 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced beets, 1/4 cup walnuts, sliced red onion, olive oil and lemon dressing, water
Dinner…..

Exercise Plan

30-45 minutes circuit weightlifting / all weight light to moderate. 15-20 reps, 2 sets with coupling of three exercises
Program A

Bicep Curls
Tricep Extension
Squats…….

Sleep Schedule

8 hours of sleep

Try to get on a regular scheduled time each day
De-Stress Activity

5 minutes with your favorite meditation app

The Follow up Process

Each week, for the next 6 weeks, you will have the opportunity to check in and discuss your progress.  During this 15-minute telehealth session, you will be able to discuss your health goals and ask questions about the program.  Modifications can also be made to help better suit your needs.

The Booking Process

For a limited time this program is being offered at the special rate of $150 (normally priced at $300)!  You will receive the full 6-week program in a PDF file in addition to six 15-minute telehealth sessions to help your progress.  The program will give you 3 detailed workouts, over 20 recipes, 20 sleeping techniques. and de-stressing tools.
