Spring is here and we are all thinking about getting outdoors and in better shape. Smoothies can be a great way to eat healthy and get all the vitamins and minerals we need. Try these 3 healthy smoothie inspirations to kick start your healthy diet this spring.


Apple Kale Delight;

1 green apple sliced

Small brunch of kale destemmed

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey

1/2 teaspoon of ginger

ice

Pace everything in the blender. Blend on high until combined and serve cold.

Berry Blast Bonanza:

1 cup blueberries

1 cup of sliced strawberries

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 cup almond milk

ice

Mix everything together in the blend. Serve cold.


Peanut Butter Goodness:

1 cup almond milk

1 cup natural peanut butter

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

ice

Place everything in the blend and mix on high until smooth and creamy. Add more ice to decrease thickness
