TRX Workouts for the Total Body

I was recently quoted in Byrdie, alongside my colleague Dr. Theresa Marko, PT, DPT, about the benefits of TRX suspension training workouts. As a Certified TRX Fitness Trainer, I often incorporate this type of training into both rehab and fitness programs for many of my clients. This equipment is great for all ages and can easily be used at home.
